About
I currently work at BBVA, across web and mobile development, technical support and platform evolution.
I'm especially interested in working on systems that don't just need to be built, but also understood, maintained and improved: that's where code, product, operations and technical judgment intersect.
Outside work, I also build my own projects, automate things and experiment with AI.
I'm not defined by a specific technology. I'm defined by a way of working: understand the system well, identify where the problem is, and leave things better than they were.
Outside the editor
I'm from A Coruña and live in Madrid. I almost always have my headphones on because I listen to music practically all the time: at home, running or just walking around. I also try to go to every concert I can.
I studied Law, though since I was a kid I was already tinkering with web pages, building personal sites and setting up Habbo servers to play with my friends.
I also find myself opening FlightRadar when I get distracted and I try to improve at DIY, though for now I'm still considerably better at building software than furniture.
How I work
- I don't just want a product to work; I want it to feel cared for, consistent and a good experience for the user
- I try to prioritize readability and clarity over unnecessarily complex solutions
- Before touching anything, I prefer to understand the context well and how it affects the whole
- I pay close attention to the details that make a product feel clear, solid and well-crafted
